【摘要】 汽车制造业中存在着大量的轴类零件的检测问题,轴类零件轴向参数电子在线测量仪就是为满足这一要求而立项进行研制的。该测量仪可实现在线检测汽车发动机曲轴的多个轴向参数,它也可用于其他轴类零件轴向参数的检测。曲轴轴向参数柔性检测仪采用光栅位移测量系统对轴类零件的轴向参数进行检测,采用电感传感器作为测头进行瞄准定位。光栅传感器输出信号经细分辨向后,通过RS485串行总线接口将测量数据送入计算机系统,本文中采用的是一种基于硬件查表的细分方法,该方法具有很快的速度,细分倍数也容易做到很高。电感传感器输出信号经放大、检波滤波后,通过数据采集卡将测量数据送入计算机系统。设计管理控制软件对测量数据进行处理、保存并显示。设计的检测仪具有结构简单、精度高、稳定性好、易于维护和修改、抗干扰能力强、效率高、成本低等特点。文中对检测仪器测量方案的确定、机械结构的设计、测量原理、硬件系统及软件系统的设计,以及系统的整体调试,测量数据分析等几个方面进行了详细的描述。检测仪的机械系统和电子系统及软件系统联调后,进行了长时间的通电运行和测试。测试数据表明,该测量系统运行可靠、稳定,检测精度高、重复性好、效率高,能够满足生产线上快节奏高精度在线检测的需要。

硕士论文代写【Abstract】 There are a lot of measurement problems of arbor parts in the manufacture industry of automobile , the electronic gauge , which is measuring axial parameter of arbor parts on-line,is initiated and developed for meeting the demand . This gauge can not only measure many of axial parameters of crackshaft in automobile engine,but also measure other arbor parts.This gauge for measuring axial parameter uses optical grating displacement measuring system to measure axial parameters of crackshaft,uses inductance type transducer as measuring head to make position.The measuring datas from optical grating are dealed with by subdivision,then the datas are recorded into computer system by RS485 serial bus.The subdivision method in this paper is based upon the methord of looking-up table by hardware.This methord has high speed,,and the subdivision multiple is easy to quite high.The measuring datas from inductance type transducer are dealed with by magnigy,demodulation and rejector,then the datas are recorded into comprter system by acquisition unit.The software for managing and controling is designed to deal with measuring datas and display result . This measuring instrument has the characteristics as follows:simple structure;high precision;good stability;easy maintain and modify;strong anti-jamming;high efficiency and low cost,ect.In this paper , confirming measuring proposal ; designing mechanical structure ; analyzing measuring errors ; measuring principle ; designing hardware system and software system ; debuging system and analyzing measuring datas have been described in detail.After the mechanical structure,electronic system and software system are debugged as a whole,give a long time to the gauge keeping running and testing.From the measuring datas,we know that the gauge is reliable,stable,high precision,good repetitiveness and high efficiency,the gauge can satisfy the needs of high efficiency and precision on the product line for measuring on-line.
