【摘要】 大庆石化腈纶厂的5条腈纶生产线是20世纪90年代从国外进口的生产线,长时间运行以来,由于轧型机设备故障而造成生产线经常性中断,移动装箱机是为解决由于生产线中断而造成丝束浪费的问题而特别研制的一台专用机电一体化设备。本文采用数字化设计方法和优化设计手段,研究设计了具有操作简易、高可靠性等特点的腈纶生产线移动装箱机。腈纶长丝的装箱质量是移动装箱机需要考虑的重要问题,也是腈纶生产线后续的装箱工序需要考虑的主要问题。为达到较好的丝束装箱效果,需要对电机的运动参数进行控制,现场的控制参数是通过试验的手段来进行整定的。为了解丝束的运动状态,本文结合基于平纹织物物理特性的建模方法,将丝束的运动细化为丝束簇的运动,根据丝束的特性,建立了一种新的物理模型,并对其进行分析求解方面的讨论。这方面的研究还有待进一步深入,也期望对相关的研究工作有所裨益。本文分析了腈纶装箱装置要完成的功能,在比较各种设计方案的优缺点后,确定了系统的总体方案,并且按照系统功能要求,设计装箱机的整个工作过程,然后将系统划分为执行部分、传感检测部分及电气控制部分。为研制高可靠性的移动装箱机,本文采用传统设计和数字设计相结合的方法,并对部分重要的结构进行优化设计。首先对装箱设备的丝束堆叠问题、拉丝辊轮卡死和缠丝问题进行研究,结合ADAMS分析相关改进方案;其次对驱动部件进行数字化设计,低成本实现主体框架的驱动;然后在ANSYS软件中用有限元方法从静力学及模态分析方面对主支撑架体进行优化设计;在此基础上完成整个移动装箱机精确的PRO/E参数化造型。在对机械系统研究设计的基础上,对移动装箱机的电气控制系统进行设计。结合系统控制参数要求,设计自动化程度高、成本低、结构简单合理且易操作的电气控制系统。选择通用性较强,可靠性较高,易于使用和维护的电气元件,分析系统的控制结构,针对行走电机控制的实现,规划相应的控制策略并实现基于PLC的程序控制,从而完成整个电气控制系统的设计。

硕士论文代写【Abstract】 DaQing petrifaction acrylic fiber factory has five product lines which were brought in 1990s from abroad. The lines had ran for many years and because rolling equipments’malfunction, they were always hanging-up. Movable Packing machine is a special use mechantronics equipment, which is manufactured to reduce tows waste when production line is break. A simple operating, high reliability Movable Packing machine used in acrylic fiber product lines is designed in this paper by the means of digital and optimum design methods.The quality of Packing acrylic fiber is an important problem which must be considered in the process of designing Movable Packing machine, it’s also very important in packing procedure of acrylic fiber product lines. The parameters of electromotor must be preset reasonably, and the parameters used in product lines are got by test. To understand the moving state of tows, modeling method which based on tabby fabric physical characteristic is used. And tows is divided into clusters in modeling, a new physical modeling is built based on the moving tows’characteristic, and the paper analyzes the modeling process. And research in the field should be enhanced, this paper is written with the hope that which can be favorable for relevant research in this field.After studied the functions of acrylic fiber packing equipment and compared several methods, final scheme is choose. And the working process of packing machine is designed according to the system’s functions. Then the system is divided into three parts, which are operating part, sensing and detecting part and electrical control part.In order to produce high reliability Movable Packing machine, traditional and digital design methods are used in this paper and the important parts of the structure is designed optimally. Firstly, problems of tows stacked, drawing wheel stuck and tows wrapping of the equipment is studied, and the improved scheme is analyzed using ADAMS software. Secondly, the paper designs the driving components using digital method, and low-cost scheme is achieved. Thirdly, the main frame has been designed optimally by the means of statics and modal analysis in ANSYS software. After all, the precisely numeral model of the Movable Packing machine is completed by PRO/E.The electrical control system for Movable Packing machine is designed on the basis of the completed mechanical system. The electrical control system is designed under the controlling parameters. And this system has some features: highly automatic, low cost, simple and reasonable strategy, ease operating. The paper uses more general, high reliability electrical components which are ease of use and maintenance. The control strategy of the system is analyzed. To control the electromotor for machine moving, the PLC-based program control is achieved with the completed corresponding control strategies. Finally, the whole electrical control system is completed.
