Length: 2500—3000 words
Your assignment involves writing a leadership effectiveness report incorporating the following activities:
A. Identify a leader: your first task is to identify a person who you consider to be an effective leader. D. Abstract
This is summary of the contents of the report. A rule of thumb for writing an abstract is to write a summarizing sentence based upon each section in the body of the report.

Section 1 – introduction and background to the report
Includes a brief outline of what you have been requested to do and how your report is structured. Provides background information about the leadership model and the leader in this section.
Section 2 – methodology

Section 3 – data
