Scenario
A business has different types of customers - company customers and individual customers  both of whom can be long term customers (5yr for company customer and 7 yr for individual customers).

Company customers will always get a 10% discount on a purchase but also an extra 5% if the order value exceeds £100. If the purchaser is a long term customer then an extra 3% is allowed.
Individual customers will get a 5% discount on purchases over £150 and an extra 3% if a long term customer.
You are a member of the user support team and have been asked to provide sales staff with a way to quickly work out the discount for each customer. Initially a paper solution prior to a computer based solution upgrade is required

Your task is to provide two possible paper solutions and a design for a computer based solution
Tasks (for the scenario given)
• Describe and evaluate problem solving techniques
• Identify possible paper solutions (3) selecting two for development (with justification)
• Select appropriate test cases and desk run your solutions – evaluate your findings
• Recommend with justification your best solution
• Write a menu driven pseudo code algorithm for your chosen (best) solution
