 第一,建立多样化的战略联盟关系。
    核心思路在于通过争取上下游之间的合作来共同获取经济利益。一是建立平行战略联盟,即在甜味剂产业链内部寻求与其他木糖醇采购企业的联盟关系,以此壮大采购实力和采购规模,从而增强与供应商的议价能力;二是建立垂直战略联盟,即与木糖醇供应商建立起联盟关系,这种方式是一种合作冲突较低的联盟方式.有助于使上下游之间自由议价与竞争的关系向竞合方向转变,争取上下游的合作共赢。并由此提升议价能力。
 第二,通过专业知识向供应商设置“技术壁垒”。
 木糖醇采购人员可以紧紧抓住对理想甜味剂要求:安全无毒、甜味纯正(与蔗糖相似)、高甜度、低热值、稳定性高,不致龋,价格合理(至少等甜度条件下不能超过蔗糖的价格)。目前还不存在能够完全达到上述几点要求的甜味剂,木糖醇亦是如此,因此,在采购过程中可以针对“理想的甜味剂要求”下工夫,为木糖醇供应商设置技术难题,并以此提高自身的议价能力。

 对于我所在的公司而言,由于原料的采购渠道都是国际排名前5名、国内排名前3名的供应商,公司品牌建设也就显得尤其重要。公司品牌因其本身具有的优质性能及服务而成为企业的一种外在形象表达,可以为企业带来巨大的经济利益,对于我公司的木糖醇采购人员来说,公司品牌本身是一种无形资产,如果我公司能够打造出强势品牌,就可以创造出木糖醇供应商对我公司品牌认同感以及木糖醇供应的依赖性。继而为提升我公司的木糖醇采购工作的议价能力给予了有力保证。
